Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Ocean City and Sea Isle City, NJ, you can spend your day on the beach, or explore the large variety of other amenities that South Jersey has to offer. From whale watching in Cape May to Morey's Pier in Wildwood, visiting the Zoo in Cape May Court House or hitting the Casino floor in Atlantic City, you can fill your social calendar with a variety things in South Jersey. Ocean Isle is located within minutes of 12 beautiful golf courses, world class restaurants, the Cape May Brewery and Winery and so much more! Being bored is not an option!

Spend the afternoon at our community pool, enjoy a relaxing bike ride, or stop by either one of our playgrounds with the kids. If you're in the mood for some games, check our our pool tables and claw machine located in the main office. While you're playing, enjoy some Polish Water Ice, Mini melts, or a cold soda!

Campsite Rates-2025
Our seasonal camping runs from April 1st - October 31.
Site with 1 to 4 People $4,900.00
Each extra person 5 years and over (Season Rate) $125.00
Under 5 years old No Charge

Payment Dates: ($100.00 Late fee will apply)
September 1: $300.00 Fall Deposit due. (Plus tax)
April 1: Seasonal Balance Due in Full. Access to campground will not be permitted until seasonal balance is paid in full.

Guests
Guest fees are $10.00 per person day or night. Children under the age of 15 are $5 per person per day. All guests are required to pay upon entering the campground. Campers may make prepayments of guest fees. Seasonal campers are responsible for making guests aware of all campground rules and regulations while they are staying at the campground. Campground management reserves the right to refuse entrance of any guest or party of guests as deemed appropriate or necessary.

Security Gate RFID Tags (Radio Frequency ID)
Gate Tags will be issued upon full payment of seasonal fees or upon special permission from Campground Management. Gate Tags are available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00. Guests may obtain a Tag to enter Campground with a deposit fee of $25.00.

Site Cleanup (Abandonment)
It is the campers responsibility to remove ALL items when leaving the campground permanently. Items left behind will result in the following charges:
Removal of Camper to storage area: $200.00. (Or market price if subcontracted)
Storage of camper per month: $100.00.
Demolition and removal of Porch, site cleaning: $500.00 minimum. (per dumpster)

Laundry Facilities
Our campground has coin operated washers and dryers for your convenience. ($2.50 per load)

Camping with Pets
Pets
Everybody loves bringing their furry friends on vacation with them and pets are welcome on Ocean Isle Camping Resort. To ensure all campers enjoy their stay, pets are only allowed on the following conditions:

All pet owners must provide up to date vaccination records for each pet on site. This includes visiting pets.

Pets must be leashed at all times.

Please clean up after your pet! Disposal containers are located through out the Campground.

Please keep your pet off other campsites.

Please make sure your pet is tagged with owner name and phone number.

OICR does not allow dogs identified as, but not limited to, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Mix, American Pit Bull Terrier, Stafford Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Mix, Presa Canario, Akita. (Or any dog that OICR Management deems as aggressive or may have aggressive tendencies.)

Emotional Support Animals (ESA): ESA's must be approved upon reasonable request. Request must be submitted to the Campground Office with reliable documentation from a treating healthcare professional.
